As our alumnae chapters meet up for holiday cheer, remember to invite your sisters to our annual Scholarship Awards Luncheon. Need some help in that department? Well, we have you covered – below you will find two versions of the luncheon invite. Please print and distribute or email!
Invite 1: two sided invite, to be cut in half to make 4.25 x 5.5″ sheets. This version has the invite on the front and additional event info on the back.
Invite 2: Single letter sized invite with basic info, also available as an image.
This year we are doing things a bit differently, and you need to know the details before you head out and solicit donations for the auction.
- Payment is required at time of registration
- Registrations are due by February 15 to avoid late fee
- $45 per person if registration/payment is after February 15
- Online registration closes on February 23

Please consider donating an item (or soliciting a donation) for the event. Items must be NEW with a minimum value of $25. Please use the letter below to acquire donations for the event.
Prior to making your request, check our current list of donors to insure you don’t approach a business that has already committed to us.
Items must be delivered to Nancy Gainer NO LATER than February 26 unless prior arrangements are made. We will be unable to accept auction items at the door.
